Accepting work past your capacity can impact the quality of your current workload (and not to mention, your mental health). If you’re feeling overwhelmed, consider asking your leader what can be reprioritized or where you can get some added support if needed. ✋ Try setting some practical boundaries. If it’s past working hours, can those emails or Slack messages be answered tomorrow morning instead?  ✍️ Ask for feedback from your leaders. Write down any kudos you’ve ever received on your work. Look back at those kudos when imposter syndrome strikes.  🗓 Take your PTO. Allow yourself the time to rest so you can come back recharged.   🚶‍♀️ And if you have to calm down in a hurry, go for a walk, step away few a few minutes, or come back into your body with some slow deep breaths.  #mentalhealth #worklifebalance #selfcare
