If you’re feeling overwhelmed, consider asking your leader what can be reprioritized or where you can get some added support if needed. ✋ Try setting some practical boundaries. If it’s past working hours, can those emails or Slack messages be answered tomorrow morning instead? ✍️ Ask for feedback from your leaders. Write down any kudos you’ve ever received on your work. Look back at those kudos when imposter syndrome strikes. 🗓 Take your PTO.
