Goodbye Legs. I guess the best way to end the week is an intense leg day. The front squats weren’t too bad but it got a lot worse overtime. Details ⬇️ 1. Front squats. Get yourself a “v row” attachment to make this easier in your wrists. If the weight is too heavy for you to lift then consider loading the bar in a bench and lift the weight from a low goblet squat position. 2. Romanian deadlifts. Simple and effective, keep your hips close to the barbell and push your glutes backwards as you lower the bar to fully engage tour hamstrings and glutes. 3. Hack Squats. Make sure you place your feet on a firm and non slippery surface. Squat down to 90’degrees every set. 4. Single Leg RDL’s. Don't go too heavy, take your time and focus on form. 5. Courtesy lunge. Hold the barbell in the palm of your hands but close to your chest and slightly lean onto the plate. Always reverse lunge with the inside leg for stability and effectiveness.
