I basically are the same stuff but with a few changes the macros were 1500 calories , 139grams protein, 32g fat,25grams fiber, 168 carbs i also did end up not eating any sweet potato because they were taking to long to bake but I will be eating that in the next few days still haven’t used the 100$ #whatieatinaday #gymgirls #cleaneating #health #budgeting #caloriedeficit #highprotein
